Building physical literacy, brain–body connection, and confidence to support future success in life and sport.

  • Phil’s Drills gamifies skill development to help all kids build the ability, confidence, and mindset needed to thrive in both life and sports.

Through a gamified curriculum of standardized ball-handling games and timed events, players experience the rush of growth and athletic achievement by chasing—and breaking—their own personal records.

Our offerings are developmentally designed to meet kids exactly where they are:

Phil’s Drills Junior (Pre-K–1st) introduces a step-by-step developmental catching progression that builds confidence and foundational “pre-sport” skills. Blending principles from both sport and therapy, Junior focuses on playful, guided movement to develop early hand-eye coordination, body awareness, attention, and self-confidence—preparing kids’ bodies and minds for future success in school and sports.

Phil’s Drills Primary (2nd–5th) introduces standardized challenges and timed events that hook kids of all abilities on progress. Students sharpen focus, elevate skill, and take ownership of their growth by tracking personal records, leveling up their mindset, and competing against themselves in a fun, inclusive environment.

Across all ages, our group training classes create high-energy, inclusive environments where students train together, celebrate effort, and build confidence through visible progress—fostering belonging, motivation, and shared success.

Rooted in our Be Your Own Baller™ philosophy, Phil’s Drills strengthens physical literacy, enhances coordination, and reinforces the vital brain-body connection that powers movement, learning, and self-belief.
